My Romance With A Basketball, Lesbian Porn As Therapy, And New Insights Of Previous Episodes

This episode of Silver Linings explores the process in which I inner work as I continue to reprogram and transmute the shame I have about my body into self acceptance, with the ultimate goal being that of self love/having no more fucks to give. I’ve been reviewing past episodes and share about filling in the blanks of what were previously mysteries to me, like how I was to use my giant heart chakra to do the work of my still healing solar plexus chakra. Much of this episode is less about discovery and more about continued inner work, as well as reflecting and new perspective. As usual I messed up my words and forgot some shit. It doesn’t irritate me enough to add a clip, or worse, start the whole thing over, but it does irritate me enough make my disclaimers and sort of explain about the missing pieces here. So, when I say •”like a ball” I mean “with a ball” and •”won’t say no” I mean “won’t take no for an answer” I hate it when I do that shit and I do it all the time. Dammit! The other thing I do is forget details. They’re often insignificant in the grand scheme so I choose to let them go. But remember, this is like my diary and I want my story to feel complete to me. I considered including my missing detail here but it read like an uninteresting spoiler so I’m gonna do my best to mention it next time. Don’t let me forget to tell you about the rest of my travel carrot!! Lastly, there are short periods of annoying static that sound like marching robots. I'm sorry about that. It's intermittent and doesn't last too long so get through it as best as you can. I think I know why this happened and will spend the next few episodes troubleshooting.
