Grilled Steak Fajita Tacos 🌮🥩🔥 Could honestly eat these every day. Easy to make, simple fresh ingredients & packed with flavor — will definitely be in the rotation with the warm weather approaching! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS (4 servings) - 2 16-18 oz ribeyes (~1.25 in thick) - 1 sliced yellow bell pepper - 1 sliced orange bell pepper - 1 sliced red bell pepper - 1 sliced green bell pepper - 1 sliced red onion - Avocado oil - Fajita rub of choice - Tortillas of choice Guacamole: (combine all ingredients) - 3 avocados (mashed) - 1 diced jalapeño (seeds removed) - ~1/3 cup diced red onion - ~1/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro - 1 garlic glove minced - Juice of a lime - Salt & pepper to taste Honey Habanero Sour Cream: (mix all ingredients together) - 1/2 cup light sour cream - 1/2 tbsp haberno hot sauce - 1-2 tbsp honey �Additional Toppings: - Cotija cheese - Chopped cilantro Note(s): Measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking. DIRECTIONS 1. Prepare the guacamole and the honey haberno sour cream. Place both in fridge until ready to serve. 2. Pat the steaks dry then coat in avocado oil and season generously on all sides with the fajita rub. 3. Place the sliced peppers and onion in a large bowl. Drizzle in some avocado oil and season genersiouly with the fajita rub. Mix till well combined. 4. For the fajitas, grill over medium-high heat for about 6–8 min mixing every couple of minutes until nice and charred then place them in the drip dray to catch the steak drippings. 5. For the steaks, sear them over medium-high heat for about ~2.5-3.5 min per side until they reach your desired internal temp. I pulled these off at ~130°F internal. 6.
