Today's Training: Stepping up! The menu: A: KB Swings 4 x 10-12 reps at 92kg/203lb B: Offset Squats 4 x 6-8 reps at 36kg C1: Porn-Star Pushups 3 x 10-12 reps C2: Single Arm Row 3 x 4-6 reps at 56kg --- Felt good to swing heavy...have not felt safe with the bicep tear until now. You can my timing is off by a split second...so feels a bit lumpier than it should. The heavy kettlebells teach you things that the light ones just cannot. They also challenge grip and thoracic erector strength like nothing else! The weighted hangs and Trap-Bar RDLs have gotten these two areas ready for the challenge.
